جدل في إيران بعد إجازة قانون زواج الرجل من ابنته بالتبني فى سن 13 سنة
أثار القانون الجديد الذي أقره البرلمان الإيراني بإجازة زواج الرجال من بناتهم بالتبنى وهن فى سن 13 عامًا جدلاً واسعاً بين المراقبين حول مدى انفتاح ووسطية الرئيس الإيراني الجديد حسن روحانى.
وأشار تقرير نشرته صحيفة “ديلى ميل” إلى أن الجدل الدائر حول القانون الجديد مرتبط بشكل كبير بقانونية سن الزواج والمخاوف بشأن زنا المحارم أيضًا يمثل عاملًا رئيسيًا بالنسبة لنشطاء حقوق الإنسان الذين أبدوا استياءً كبيرًا من هذا القانون.
وذكرت الصحيفة البريطانية، فى تقرير لها، أن توقيت إقرار التشريع الجديد – الذى يُجيز للرجل الزواج من ابنته بالتبنى فى سن 13 عامًا، ، بينما يجيز زواج الفتيان فى سن 15 عامًا — بعد أيام قليلة من المكالمة الهاتفية التاريخية الأولى بين الرئيس “روحانى” ونظيره الأمريكى “باراك أوباما” منذ 34 عامًا.
ونقلت الصحيفة، فى تقريرها، عن المحامى “شادى صدر”، المحامى الحقوقى، قوله “هذا التشريع الجديد يقنن الغلمانية أو الاشتهاء والوَلَعُ بالأطفال”.
وأضاف “شادى صد” قائلًا: “الزواج من الأبنة التى تبناها الرجل سلوكًا غريبًا على الثقافة الإيرانية وليس جزءًا منها، بالنسبة لزنا المحارم فهو موجود فى إيران مثل بقية بلدان العالم قد يكون أكثر أو أقل، ولكن هذا التشريع يقنن الولع بالأطفال ويهدد أطفالنا ويجعل من هذه الجريمة أمرًا عاديًا فى ثقافتنا”.
وكان المشرعون الإيرانيون قاموا بتمرير قانون يسمح للرجال بزواج بناتهم بالتبنى.
وأعرب النشطاء عن قلقهم من أن هذا القانون يفتح الباب أمام رب أو ربة الأسرة بالزواج من الطفل أو الطفلة لو حكمت المحكمة بأنه فى صالح الطفل، ولم يصدر مجلس صيانة الدستور الإيرانى، المكون من رجال الدين والفقهاء الذى يفحص القوانين البرلمانية، حكمه فى القانون المثير للجدل.
وفى إيران، تستطيع الفتاة أن تتزوج فى سن الثالثة عشرة، لكن تظل فى حاجة إلى إذن القاضى، وفى الوقت الحالى يحظر القانون الإيرانى الزواج من الأطفال بالتبنى تحت أى ظرف.
