At last, Mercedes has given us a worthy rival to the BMW 3-series coupe. Tested here in mid-spec diesel form, the car is refined and well-balanced when pushed. It’s also cheaper and cleaner than the BMW, so things are looking good. Here, Jamie Corstorphine puts it to the test in our quick fire review.

D3Live: iPad HD

Recently there has been a lot of talk about a possible additional model of the iPad, the iPad HD. The supposed iPad HD is a professionally focused version of the current iPad 2 as opposed to an all new iPad 3. Some of the features that separates the iPad 2 vs the iPad HD is a high definition 2048×1535 resolution display, the addition of professional Apple apps such as Aperture or Final Cut Pro as well as the possibility of a more powerful processor and more RAM and a new design.
