In this video, we’ll show you how to make slices of smoked firm tofu resemble crisp, smoky bacon strips. The secret to this vegetarian version is the marinade made out of maple syrup, liquid smoke flavorings, low-sodium soy sauce and seasonings. Once marinated, fry up the tofu slices in butter or vegetable oil and serve as you would bacon with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
