Grand Theft Auto is the granddaddy of open world video games. There’s literally nothing you can’t do in the game. Every fantasy you’ve ever wanted to do can become a reality in this sandbox. It has given GTA plenty of controversy over the years, but it’s all good fun.
Despite all the backslash from the media, GTA still continues to thrive and GTA 5 is no exception. The game came out all the way back in 2013, made the jump to next gen consoles a year later and is still selling like hot cakes 5 years after release. The main reason for this is GTA Online and its seemingly endless free updates, but with every online multiplayer game comes the modders and cheaters who ruin it for everyone. Sometimes, they remain hidden and subtly work their magic, but other times, they’re caught and shamed in public.
